How to get yourself and your team eating healthier and feeling better

In this episode of the podcast I answer a question from one of our Hockeyprotraining.com members regarding what foods to eat before, during and after games. I also share a few tips and ideas on how you can get your team, your friends or even your family to start making healthier choices without coming off as pushy or preachy.

Changing the way I eat and paying attention to whats foods went into my body and more importantly why? Not only changed how I felt on the ice, but also improved every single aspect of my life off it as well.  Knowing what the right foods to eat in today’s none stop fad diet society can be very confusing and I get that, In this episode I hope to clear up some of that confusion.
