For the past few months, I’ve been pulling together my life’s experience, doing research and building a program specifically for hockey players, to help them reach their goals.
This is a segment from week 3, Goal Setting, in my new course. Press play to get a flavor of what I’m going to be sharing with players who are committed to being their best.
My goal is to build a program, that if applied, can change the trajectory of a young player’s hockey career.
Hockey players ask me these questions all the time:
- How can I get more playing time?
- How can I move up to line 1?
- How can I make a specific team?
- How do I deal with pre-game anxiety?
The truth is this: The answers to these questions have almost nothing to do with your physical abilities. Being your best and reaching your goals has everything to do with your desire and your mental skill set.
Yet, there is no programs out there that teach you the mental skills you need to elevate your game.
My mission is to help hockey players be their best, and achieve their hockey (and life) goals. The tools that I’m delivering in this course will help you achieve any goal you want to achieve in hockey. You just have to do the work.
I’m excited to share this with you. Stay tuned!
