How your daily habits affect your long term success in hockey and in life with coach Brian Slugocki

In this episode of the podcast I sit down with fellow coach Brian Slugocki. Brian is a guy who I’ve been following for some time now, and when I recently found out that not only was he a coach, but also has a degree in psychology I know he was someone I needed to chat with more and have on the podcast. And he certainly didn’t disappoint.
