Jay has been thriving on the whole foods Plant-Based lifestyle since 2011. After experiencing first hand the health benefits of plant based living, he obtained a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell. Jay is 44 years old and has been training and successfully competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2009. Jay has been passionate about sharing the countless benefits of this lifestyle through social media for the last several years.
